Trained in the goulds with Price, TK, and Stacey. Started squats but i was firing off one leg, and started twisting so that was a bomb along with the deads. Gonna tone the squats back again for a couple of weeks with some more h/b raw training and see how that goes. Good training over all tho. Big squats for TK and Price, as well as big benches for everyone.
