Wednesday Feb. 8th

Easy training tonight. Deadlifts felt a little heavy, after some core work that beat me out this past monday. Last night I realized that it has been a while since I've had a good deadlift. I'm going to ease back on the accessory work for the next little while so i can push myself harder on sundays ans wednesdays.

Wednesday Feb. 1st

First training in a week and a half. Last Wednesday I was hit with some bad vertigo that I've since been trying to shake. Gettin a little better each day, but last night in training I still wasn't 100%, sadly. On a positive note, the bench felt great. Lost of speed and no pain.
