Finally, I am back to normal training in the goulds with tk, price, stacey, and miller. Good to get out of the gym in gander, off the shitty equipment, and away from the gym idiots. Training has been alright, I was pleased with the squats this sunday, but since I have been back from Christmas break in gander my bench has been hurting.
