Tuesday January 22nd

To my valued and loyal followers (whom I like to believe are out there somewhere),

It's been about ten months since I've blogged my training and kept track of what I'm doing in the gym. Why? I've been as lazy with my blog as I have been in the gym. Training wasn't fantastic through the end of 2012, or up until the last couple of sessions at Global with the guys.
With only seven good training weeks left to punch before nationals, I am trying to build the feet back up to full strength. My posts in the next few weeks should show whether my training for nats is a success or that I'm destined to become the next forgotten bum in the CPU.

Trained at Global today with TK, Price, Campbell, Nick Roberts, and Loder.
